Chairman. An individual (who need not be a Registered Warrantholder) designated in writing by the Warrant Agent shall be chairman of the meeting and if no individual is so designated, or if the individual so designated is not present within fifteen minutes from the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Registered Warrantholders present in person or by proxy shall choose an individual present to be chairman.
Chairman. The Trustees may appoint one of their number to be Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Trustees, shall be responsible for the execution of policies established by the Trustees and the administration of the Trust, and may be the chief executive, financial and/or accounting officer of the Trust. If the Trustees do not appoint a Chairman, the President shall perform the duties and have the responsibilities hereunder.
Chairman. Some person, who need not be a Debentureholder, nominated in writing by the Corporation (in case it convenes the meeting) or by the Trustee (in any other case) shall be chairman of the meeting and if no person is so nominated, or if the person so nominated is not present within 15 minutes from the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, a majority of the Debentureholders present in person or by proxy shall choose some person present to be chairman.
Chairman. Any designee of the Managing Member shall preside as chairman of any meeting of the Company or any Series.
Chairman. The Chairman of the Board, if any, shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors at which the Chairman shall be present. The Chairman shall have and may exercise such powers as are, from time to time, assigned to the Chairman by the Board of Directors and as may be provided by law.
Chairman. An individual (who may, but need not, be a Noteholder) nominated in writing by the Issuer may take the chair at any Meeting but, if no such nomination is made or if the individual nominated is not present within 15 minutes after the time fixed for the Meeting, those present shall elect one of themselves to take the chair failing which, the Issuer may appoint a Chairman. The Chairman of an adjourned Meeting need not be the same person as was the Chairman of the original Meeting.
Chairman. 15 The chairman of a meeting shall be such person as the Issuer may nominate in writing, but if no such nomination is made or if the person nominated is not present within 15 minutes after the time fixed for the meeting, the Noteholders or agents present shall choose one of their number to be chairman, failing which the Issuer may appoint a chairman.

Some individual (who need not be a Subscription Receiptholder) designated in writing by the Subscription Receipt Agent will be chairman of the meeting or, if no individual is so designated or the individual so designated is not present within 15 minutes after the time fixed for the holding of the meeting, the Subscription Receiptholders present in person or by proxy may choose some individual present to be chairman.
Chairman. The chairman of the Board of Trustees shall perform and execute such duties and administrative powers as the Board of Trustees shall from time to time prescribe.
Chairman. The Director selected to preside over meetings of the Board.
