Exchange—Preferred Share Certificate to Preferred Share Certificate. If a Holder of a Preferred Share Certificate wishes at any time to exchange such Preferred Share Certificate for one or more Certificates, such Holder may exchange or cause such exchange for an equivalent interest in one or more Certificates (in Authorized Denominations), but only upon delivery of the documents set forth in the following sentence. Upon receipt by the Preferred Share Paying Agent of: (A) the Preferred Share Certificates properly endorsed for exchange; and (B) a Purchaser Certificate;
