Common use of Exchange Share Registration Rights Clause in Contracts

Exchange Share Registration Rights. Subject to the limitations upon the ability of the Shareholders to sell the Exchange Shares set forth in other instruments being delivered in connection with the U-Store-It IPO Transactions, each Shareholder shall be entitled to offer the Exchange Shares for resale pursuant to a shelf registration statement, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 2 hereof (the “Exchange Share Registration Rights”).
