Common use of Exchanges of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Exchanges of Warrants. (a) Subject to Section 2.10, Certificated Warrants in any authorized form or denomination, may be exchanged for Certificated Warrants in any other authorized form or denomination, of the same series as the Certificated Warrants so exchanged.
