Exchanging Trips. 14.1 A regularly assigned employee may exchange a trip with another assigned employee at the same terminal where such exchange does not cause any additional expense to the Company. Prior permission must be obtained from the designated Company officer, and any resulting difference in pay shall be borne by the employee initiating the request.

Exchanging Trips. Assigned trip drivers may mutually exchange driving assignments prior to the time per diem check requests are turned into the central office by notifying the assignment officer. Per diem check requests shall not be presented to the Central Office more than two (2) working days prior to departure time. After check requests are turned in, no changes may be made and non-assigned drivers must remain in their numerically listed position on the point rotation list. (Amended 4/2003)

  • Registration Requirements Prior to execution of this Agreement, the PROVIDER will be registered electronically with the State of Florida at XxXxxxxxxXxxxxxXxxxx.xxx. If the parties agree that exigent circumstances exist that would prevent such registration from taking place prior to execution of this Agreement, then the PROVIDER will so register within 21 days from execution. Failure of the PROVIDER to register electronically with the state of Florida will result in non-payment for expenditures by the Department of Financial Services until the PROVIDER has complied. The online registration can be completed at: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/vms- web/spring/login. The Provider will comply with the applicable requirements regarding registration with the System for Award Management (XXX) (or with a successor government-wide system officially designated by the Federal Office of Management and Budget and the DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs), and to acquire and provide a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. The Provider will comply with applicable restrictions on subcontractors that do not acquire and provide a DUNS number. The details of Provider obligations are posted on the Office of Justice Programs’ website at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/funding (Award condition: Registration with the System for Award Management and Universal Identifier Requirements) and are incorporated by reference. This special condition does not apply to the Provider who is an individual and received the grant award as a natural person (i.e., unrelated to any business or non-profit organization that he or she may own or operate in his or her name).

Upon any resignation of any Certificate Registrar or Transfer Agent, Xxxxxx Xxx shall promptly appoint a successor or, in the absence of such appointment, assume the duties of Certificate Registrar or Transfer Agent, as the case may be.

  • Open registration ­‐ Second level registrations in the TLD will be open and available to lawful registrants. The TLD represents a generic or dictionary term, and Registry Operator accordingly will operate it in an inclusive manner. Registry Operator will not limit registrant eligibility based on identity nor restrict availability of second level names to only registrants whose identity is associated only with the most common usage of the term. Registry Operator will not disenfranchise lawful users who are associated with a minority usage of the term.

  • CHANGING THIS AGREEMENT We may change this Agreement, including (for example) changing the addresses and telephone numbers you should use to contact us, changing fees, adding new fees, changing the Daily Periodic Rates and corresponding APRs or increasing your required minimum payment. We may change this Agreement based on economic or market conditions, our business strategies or for any other reason (including reasons unrelated to you or your Account). Any changes we make to this Agreement may apply to new transactions and/or then-existing balances as described in any notice we are required to provide to you.
