Excise Tax Certification. Upon written request by TLO, TRMC shall supply TLO with a completed signed original notification certificate of gasoline and diesel fuel registrant as required by the Internal Revenue Service’s excise tax regulation. TRMC further agrees to comply with all Applicable Law with respect to such taxes.
