Excluded Period. No Lender or Issuer shall be entitled to make a claim under Clauses 2.14(c), 2.15 or 2.16 unless it has notified the Administrative Agent of its intention to make such claim within 180 days of such Lender or Issuer becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to such claim.
