Common use of Excluded Series Clause in Contracts

Excluded Series. Upon written notification by the Series 2000 Certificate Representative to the Trustee, pursuant to Section 1112 of the Indenture, that a portion of the Series 2000 Invested Amount (corresponding to the Nominal Liquidation Amount of a series, class or tranche of Notes issued pursuant to the Indenture) is to be considered an Excluded Series, then the Trustee shall designate such portion of the Series 2000 Invested Amount as Excluded Series of the Master Trust. All other portions of the Series 2000 Invested Amount shall not be considered Excluded Series.
