Common use of Exclusion List Clause in Contracts

Exclusion List. No later than fifteen (15) days after the Exclusion Deadline, the Settlement Administrator will provide Class Counsel and Oracle’s Counsel with the list of persons who have timely and validly excluded themselves from the Settlement.
