Exclusion of Certain Persons. A person can only be appointed to act as an Expert if at the time of the appointment he is not:- 33.7.1 a director, office holder or employee of; or 33.7.2 directly or indirectly retained as a consultant or in any other professional capacity by, any party to this Agreement or any company or person associated with any such party.
