Exclusion of Contracts (Rights of Third Parties. ACT (CHAPTER 53B) OF SINGAPORE Save that any member of the Disclosing Party Group may enforce the terms of this Agreement against the Receiving Party, this Agreement is not intended to, and does not give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions and a person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) of Singapore and any re-enactment thereof, to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any term of this Agreement.
