Exclusion of Contractual Liability. In accordance with Section 7.15 of the Declaration of Trust, to the extent that this Agreement operates to create obligations of the Trustee, such obligations are not binding upon the Trustee except in its capacity as trustee of the Trust, nor shall resort be had to the property of the Trustee except in its capacity as Trustee of the Trust and only the assets of the Trust shall be so bound.
