Common use of Exclusion of Services Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Services. At any time, either GP or MMHGP may temporarily or permanently exclude any particular service from the scope of the Services upon 90 days notice (or with respect to Magellan Ammonia Pipeline, L.P., upon reasonable notice) to the other Party. GP may permanently exclude services from the scope of Services related to Magellan Ammonia Pipeline, L.P. upon reasonable notice to MMHGP.
