Exclusion of statutory provisions. The covenants, powers and provisions implied in leases by virtue of any legislation shall not apply to this Lease and are expressly negatived.
Exclusion of statutory provisions. The covenants, powers and provisions implied in leases by virtue of sections 84, 84A, 85 and 86 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW) do not apply to this Lease and are expressly negatived.

23.8.1 Section 144 of the Property Law Act 1958 (Vic); and
23.8.2 Division 7 of Part IV of the Transfer of Land Act 1958 (Vic).

4.2 In the event of determination of these provisions, the laws of the State of New South Wales apply to the Licence and any legal proceedings under it.

(b) The covenants and powers implied by the Property Law Act 1958 (Vic) do not apply to this lease unless a particular provision of this lease specifies otherwise.

Exclusion of statutory provisions. (a) The covenants, powers and provisions implied in leases by sections 84, 84A, 86 and the short form covenants contained in Part 2 Schedule 4 of the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW) do not apply to this Lease.
(b) The provisions of the Civil Liabilities Act 2002 do not apply to this Lease and the Lessor and Lessee agree that the rights, obligations and liabilities under this Lease are not limited and are not otherwise intended to be affected by the operation of the Civil Liabilities Axx 0000.
Exclusion of statutory provisions. 1.3.1 The covenants, conditions, agreements and restrictions which would be implied in this Lease by the Property Law Act 1952 are hereby negatived except to the extent that they are expressly contained in this Lease.
1.3.2 To the extent permitted by law the application to this Lease of any moratorium or other law act or regulation having the effect of extending the term, reducing or postponing the payment of rent or other moneys payable under this Lease or otherwise affecting the operation of the terms of this Lease is expressly excluded and negatived.
