End of Licence. 16.1 On the Period of Residence End Date or sooner termination of this Licence, the Licensee must clean and clear the Accommodation of all belongings by 10.00 hours and return its keys to the Management Company. Failure to clean or clear the Accommodation of all belongings will result in any additional costs incurred by the Management Company being deducted from the Deposit or, if the Deposit is not sufficient, being payable to GradPad by the Licensee on demand. Any items left behind by tenants at the end of their accommodation contract will not be kept for longer than three months, it will then be disposed of or given to a charity for disposal. 16.2 The Licensee must make sure that doors are locked and the windows in the Accommodation are firmly closed when leaving. In the event that the doors or windows are left open, the Licensee will be charged for any damage caused. 16.3 Within 10 Working Days of the Licensee vacating the Accommodation GradPad shall give the Licensee written notice either (a) that the Deposit is to be returned in full or (b) notice of itemised amounts that the Management Company have deducted from the Deposit in accordance with clause 1.12. 16.4 Within 20 Working Days of the expiry or sooner termination of this Licence, the Agents will return the whole or the balance of the Deposit to the payee by a bank transfer.
End of Licence. The Franchisee’s rights to use the software of the Aggregator: (a) cease immediately upon termination of this Agreement; (b) cease if the Aggregator is replaced by the Company; and (c) are not transferable.

End of Licence. 19.1 At the end of the Licence Period or (for termly licences only) at the end of each Licence Sub-Period (in either case, however that may occur including but not limited to any early termination under clause 18) the Student will: 19.1.1 vacate the Room; 19.1.2 promptly remove all the Student's belongings from the Room, the Shared Areas, the Flat/House, the Common Parts and the Residence; 19.1.3 ensure that the Room, the Contents the Shared Areas and the Flat/House are left properly repaired, decorated, cleaned and kept in accordance with their obligations contained in this Licence; 19.1.4 return the room key to the Residential Services department; and 19.1.5 pay charges for accommodation at the same daily rate as the Accommodation Fee up to and including the date on which the Room key is returned to the Residential Services department under clause 19.1.4, regardless of any confirmation of withdrawal from the University to the Student. 19.2 If the Student fails to remove all their belongings under clause 19.1 the University may deal with such belongings as it thinks fit including but not limited to arranging for such belongings to be stored or disposed of. The Student will pay the University's costs of any such storage and disposal on written demand (to the extent that the University has not deducted the whole or any part of such costs from the Deposit under clause 6.3.

The Deposit can only be refunded if the check-out form is signed by GradPad or acknowledged otherwise, charges were agreed (if any) and GradPad holds correct bank details.

  • Xxxxx of License Georgia Institute of Technology shall grant the Student a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use and occupy an assigned space in a Georgia Institute of Technology facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract (the “License”). The parties to this Contract do not intend that an estate, a tenancy or any other interest in property should pass from Georgia Institute of Technology to Student.
