Common use of Exclusion Period Clause in Contracts

Exclusion Period. a. Settlement Class Members will have up to and including sixty (60) days following the Preliminary Approval Order to exclude themselves from the Settlement in accordance with this Section. If the Settlement is finally approved by the Court, all Settlement Class Members who have not opted out by the end of the Objection/Exclusion Deadline will be bound by the Settlement and will be deemed a Releasor as defined herein, and the relief provided by the Settlement will be their sole and exclusive remedy for the claims alleged by the Settlement Class.

Exclusion Period. a. Settlement Class Members will have up to and including sixty (60) days following the Preliminary Approval Order to exclude themselves from the Settlement in accordance with this Section. If the Settlement is finally approved by the Court, all Settlement Class Members who have not opted out filed requests for exclusion from the Settlement by the end of the Objection/Exclusion Deadline will be bound by the Settlement and will be deemed a Releasor as defined herein, and the relief provided by the Settlement will be their sole and exclusive remedy for the claims alleged by the Settlement Class.
