Common use of Exclusion Period Clause in Contracts

Exclusion Period. a. Settlement Class Members will have until the end of the Objection/Exclusion Deadline to exclude themselves from the Settlement in accordance with this Section. If the Settlement Agreement is finally approved by the Court, all Settlement Class Members who have not excluded themselves by the end of the Objection/Exclusion Deadline will be bound by the Agreement and will be deemed a Releasor as defined herein, and the relief provided by the Agreement will be their sole and exclusive remedy for the claims alleged by the Settlement Class.

Exclusion Period. a. Settlement Class Members will have until the end of up to the Objection/Exclusion Deadline to exclude themselves from the Settlement in accordance with this Section.
