Prices specifically exclude (a) export licensing of the Product and payment of broker’s fees, duties, tariffs and other similar charges; (b) taxes or charges (other than those based on net income of SANMINA-SCI) imposed by any taxing authority upon the manufacture, sale, shipment, storage, “value add” or use of the Product; and (c) setup, tooling, or non-recurring engineering activities (collectively “NRE Charges”).
