Exclusive and Irrevocable License. (a) Licensor hereby grants BEYEBE the right and license, with the right to grant sublicenses, to use the Licensed Intellectual Property without limitation other than expressly stated in this Agreement to develop and manufacture products for use in the Field to be licensed, sold and distributed and to use, manufacture and sell the Licensed Products, in each case, on an exclusive basis, in the Designated Market, for the duration of this Agreement.
