Exclusive Compensation and Benefits. The compensation and benefits described in this Paragraph 7, along with the associated terms for payment, constitute all of Intervoice’s obligations to the Executive with respect to the end of the Executive’s employment with Intervoice and/or its Affiliates. However, nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any earned, vested benefits (other than any entitlement to severance or separation pay, if any) that the Executive may have under the applicable provisions of any benefit plan of Intervoice in which the Executive is participating at the time of the termination of employment.
