Exclusive Compensation. The severance benefits provided for in this Section 10 shall be the only compensation and benefits to which the Employee shall be entitled in connection with the termination following a Change in Control as described in paragraph (a). Without limiting the foregoing, Section 9 of this Agreement shall not apply to or govern any such termination.
