Common use of Exclusive Events Requiring Dissolution Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Events Requiring Dissolution. The Company shall be dissolved only upon the earliest to occur of the following events (a “Dissolution Event”): (a) the expiration of the specific term set forth in Section 2.5; (b) at any time at the election of the Managers in writing; (c) at any time there are no Members (unless otherwise continued in accordance with the Act); or (d) the entry of a decree of judicial dissolution pursuant to Section 18-802 of the Act.
