NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. For the purposes of negotiating a successor Agreement, APSOU and the University will meet between April 1, 2018, and June 30, 2018, to begin negotiations of a Successor Agreement. APSOU will send written notice to the University within ten (10) university days after the meeting specifying those subjects, sections, or articles it proposes to open for negotiations. Ten (10) university days after the University receives APSOU’s request, the University will send written notice to APSOU specifying those subjects, sections or articles it proposes for negotiations. Those sections of this Agreement not reopened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become part of any Successor Agreement. Negotiations of the Successor Agreement shall begin no later than ten (10) university days after APSOU receives the University’s notification, or such date thereafter as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties. The terms of the 2015-18 CBA remain in effect until the completion of bargaining the successor agreement or until the dispute resolution procedures governing negotiations described in ORS 243.712-ORS 243.726 are completed.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. For the purpose of negotiating a successor agreement, either party may give written notice during the period of October 15-November 15, 2010 of its desire to negotiate a successor Agreement specifying those new subjects or sections of this Agreement it proposes to negotiate. Such negotiations shall commence with an exchange of written proposals by the parties no later than the first week in February 2011. Those sections of this Agreement not opened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become a part of any successor agreement.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. For the purpose of negotiating a successor agreement, AAP will send written notice to the University during the month of April in the expiration year of this Agreement specifying those new subjects or sections of this Agreement it proposes to negotiate. The University shall send written notice to the AAP in the month of May in the expiration year of this Agreement specifying those new subjects or sections of this Agreement it proposes to negotiate. Those sections of this Agreement not opened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become a part of any successor agreement. The parties shall schedule a May meeting to begin negotiations.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. The parties will confer prior to February 28, 2019 regarding the format for successor bargaining (i.e., whether to use an interest-based, traditional, or other bargaining approach). The parties will also confer regarding the timing and scheduling of successor bargaining. Unless the parties agree otherwise, for the purpose of negotiating a successor Agreement, the Association will send written notice to the University no later than May 1, 2019 specifying those new subjects or sections of this Agreement it proposes to negotiate. The University shall send written notice to the Association no later than May 15, 2019 specifying those new subjects or sections of this Agreement it proposes to negotiate. Those sections of this Agreement not opened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become a part of any successor Agreement. Negotiation of the successor Agreement shall begin no later than May 31, 2019 or such date thereafter as may be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:13A-1, et. seq., on or about 120 days prior to submission date of budget.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. A. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:13A-5.3, in a good-faith effort to reach agreement concerning the terms and conditions of Administrators employment. Negotiations shall begin not later than November 1 of the calendar year preceding the calendar year in which this Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all Administrators, be reduced to writing, and shall be signed by the Board and the APSMT upon adoption by the Board and the APSMT.
B. This Agreement shall not be modified in whole or in part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by both parties.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. A. The Board and the Association agree to enter into negotiations over a successor agreement in accordance with rules and regulations of the Public Employment Relations Commission. The parties of this Agreement pledge to engage in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employment. Negotiations shall begin according to the time established by the Public Employment Relations Commission.
B. In the event that a successor agreement has not been ratified by both parties, the existing contract will remain in force until such ratification.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. For the purpose of negotiating a successor Agreement either Party may submit an intent to bargain to the other Party at any point during the 2023-2024 academic year. Negotiations will begin within forty-five days of the submission of the intent to bargain, unless an alternative date is mutually agreed to between the Parties.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. For the purpose of negotiating a successor agreement, GTFF will send written notice to the University no later than 180 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement indicating its desire to negotiate a successor Agreement. Prior to the commencement of negotiations, the parties shall provide written notice to the other specifying those subjects or sections of the Agreement proposed to be reopened and new subjects for negotiation. New issues may be proposed by either party at the first meeting or later by mutual agreement. Those sections of this Agreement not reopened by said notices or by subsequent mutual agreement shall automatically become a part of any successor agreement. The Graduate Teaching Fellows Federation agrees to schedule a ratification vote by the membership within two (2) weeks, excluding finals week and/or summer session, of the date of signing a tentative agreement with the University on a successor Agreement. The University of Oregon Board of Trustees or its designee will ratify the Agreement at its next regularly scheduled meeting. Under these circumstances, the terms and conditions of the current Agreement will remain in effect until a successor Agreement is reached.
NEGOTIATION OF SUCCESSOR AGREEMENT. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiation over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of the teachers' employment. Such negotiations shall begin not later than December 31 of the calendar year preceding the year in which this Agreement expires. Any Agreement so negotiated shall apply to all teachers, be reduced to writing, be signed by the Board and the Association, and be adopted by the Board.
