Exclusive Marketing Representative. RPMG shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be the sole marketing representative for the entire Ethanol production of Member at the Facility during the term of this Agreement other than limited sales of E85 or other blendstock locally.
Exclusive Marketing Representative. As the exclusive representative for the marketing and sale of Excess Capacity for Incumbent, PathNet will market and sell the Excess Capacity created by System, as described in SECTION 9.

Exclusive Marketing Representative. That if RED TRAIL ENERGY constructs a facility for the production of fuel grade ethanol, Renewable Products shall be the sole marketing representative for the entire production of said facility subject to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Exclusive Marketing Representative. That if HERON LAKE BIOENERGY constructs a facility for the production of fuel grade ethanol, Renewable Products shall be the sole marketing representative for the entire production of said facility subject to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Exclusive Marketing Representative. That if LINCOLNWAY ENERGY constructs a facility for the production of fuel grade ethanol, RENEWABLE PRODUCTS shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be the sole marketing representative for the entire production of said facility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any ethanol production resulting from future expansion at LINCOLNWAY ENERGY’s ethanol facility in Nevada, Iowa or resulting from LINCOLNWAY ENERGY’s direct or indirect ownership or operation of other ethanol facilities shall not be subject to this Agreement.
Exclusive Marketing Representative. That if HIGHWATER ETHANOL constructs a facility for the production of fuel grade ethanol, RENEWABLE PRODUCTS shall be the sole marketing representative for the entire production of said facility subject to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Exclusive Marketing Representative. That if UWGP constructs a facility for the production of fuel grade ethanol, RENEWABLE PRODUCTS shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be the sole marketing representative for the entire production of said facility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any ethanol production resulting from future expansion at UWGP’s ethanol facility in Friesland, Wisconsin or resulting from UWGP’s direct or indirect ownership or operation of other ethanol facilities shall not be subject to this Agreement.
Exclusive Marketing Representative. That if OTTER TAIL AG constructs a facility for the production of fuel grade ethanol, RENEWABLE PRODUCTS shall be the sole marketing representative for the entire production of said facility subject to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
