Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the benefits described in this Agreement, supersede, negate and replace any other benefits owed to or offered by the Company to you. This Agreement will be administered by the Company’s Senior Labor & Employment Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer, who will also resolve any issues regarding the interpretation, implementation, or administration of the benefits described above.
