Exclusive Statement of Agreement. The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement are the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between Smart Rx and ScriptPro and may only be modified by written agreement signed by both parties and not by course of performance. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the subject matter contained herein.
