Exclusive Supporting Services. For facilitating the Operator to conduct the Operator’s Business, the Operator agrees to engage the Foreign-owned Enterprise as its exclusive technical and operational consultant who shall provide on an exclusive basis the Operator with services including without limitation the Supporting Services listed in Appendix 1 hereto.
