EXCLUSIVITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No employee or agent of the Commonwealth or Authorized Users shall be required to sign or execute any additional contract, license or other contract containing contractual terms and conditions, excluding the Participating State Participating Addendum. Notwithstanding the afore-mentioned, any documents signed by persons other than the Commonwealth’s authorized representative shall have no validity or effect upon the Contract.

EXCLUSIVITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Except as may be otherwise agreed to in writing signed by both parties, these terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all sales between Capitol Foundry of Virginia, Inc. (“Seller”) and a Customer (including a customer’s owners, directors, officers, agents, representatives, employees, contractors, and / or any other entity for whom a customer may be legally responsible) (Collectively, “Buyer).   • Agreement Terms and Conditions 2.01 This Agreement is for a space in the JCU housing system, and covers the entire academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters), or any portion of the academic year remaining at the time this Agreement is signed. Residence in JCU residence halls requires participation in JCU’s residential dining program.
