Authorized Designee definition

Authorized Designee means an individual who is designated in writing by the person who is identified in this Contract to provide an approval or direction, to act on such person’s behalf with regard to an approval or direction.

Authorized Designee means the chief executive officer, the vice chairman, the chief financial officer, treasurer or the assistant treasurer of Borrower, or any other officer of Borrower specified as being an Authorized Designee in the certificate delivered pursuant to Section 5.2(c).

Authorized Designee means a person who has been designated, in writing, by a permittee to implement the provisions of a deer damage shooting permit. The department reserves the right to deny a person, including the permittee, the authority to personally implement the provisions of a permit if such authority would conflict with a court order, administrative rule, or law.

More Definitions of Authorized Designee

Authorized Designee means any person designated in writing to the insurance company by the policyholder or certificate holder of a certified long-term care policy or certificate for purposes of notification under paragraph 72.7(1)“h.”

Authorized Designee means an officer or entity authorized by resolution of the Tribal Council to take specified actions on behalf of the Tribe pursuant to this Ordinance.
