EXECUTE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION. The Borrower agrees, at its expense, on request by Silicon, to execute all documents in form satisfactory to Silicon, as Silicon, may deem reasonably necessary or useful in order to perfect and maintain Silicon's perfected security interest in the Collateral, and in order to fully consummate all of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
