Common use of Executed Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Executed Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Guaranty Agreement and any other Loan Documents shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agent.

Executed Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Notes and the Guaranty Agreement and any other Loan Documents shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no default Default or Event of Default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower Borrowers and Guarantors, as applicable, shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agent.

This Agreement and the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, the Guaranty Agreement and together with any other applicable Loan Documents Documents, shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties thereto, thereto and shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agenteffect.

This Agreement, the Notes and the ----------------------- Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement and any other Loan Documents shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agent.

Executed Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Notes and the Guaranty Agreement and any other Loan Documents shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties theretothereto (which with regard to the Guaranty Agreement shall consist of the Material Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date), shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agent.

This Agreement, a Note in favor of each Lender requesting a Note, the Guaranty Agreement and Agreement, together with any other applicable Loan Documents Documents, shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties thereto, shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agent.

Executed Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Guaranty Security Agreement, the Subsidiary Guaranty, the Intercreditor Agreement and any other applicable Loan Documents Documents, shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent Lender by the parties thereto, thereto and shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agenteffect.

Executed Loan Documents. This Agreement, the Guaranty Intercompany Subordination Agreement and the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement, together with any other applicable Loan Documents Documents, shall have been duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent by the parties theretothereto (or, with respect to the Intercompany Subordination Agreement, the Subsidiary Guarantors) and shall be in full force and effect and no default shall exist thereunder, and the Borrower shall have delivered original counterparts thereof to the Administrative Agenteffect.
