Common use of EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER. ‌ 12 This Contract shall be binding on all parties only upon signature by authorized representatives 13 of each party. This Contract or any provision may be amended during the contract period, if 14 circumstances warrant, by a written amendment executed by all parties. Only North Sound 15 BH-ASO’s Program Administrator or designee has authority to waive any provision of this 16 Contract on behalf of North Sound BH-ASO.
