Common use of EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER Clause in Contracts

EXECUTION, AMENDMENT AND WAIVER. 41 This Agreement shall be binding on all parties only upon signature by authorized representatives of 42 each party. This Agreement, or any provision, may be amended during the contract period, if 43 circumstances warrant, by a written amendment executed by all parties. Only North Sound BH-ASO 44 Program Manager or North Sound BH-ASO Program Manager's designee has authority to waiveany 45 provision of this Agreement on behalf of North Sound BH-ASO.
