Common use of Execution and Attachment Clause in Contracts

Execution and Attachment. A writ of execution or attachment or any similar process shall be issued or levied against all or any part of or interest in any of the properties or assets of the Credit Support Provider which shall have a Material Adverse Effect, or any judgment involving monetary damages shall be entered against the Credit Support Provider which shall become a Lien on his properties or assets or any portion thereof or interest therein, which shall have a Material Adverse Effect, and such execution, attachment or similar process is not released, bonded, satisfied, vacated or stayed within thirty (30) days after its entry or levy;
