Common use of Execution and Delivery of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Execution and Delivery of Amendment. The Borrower shall have executed this Amendment, and the Administrative Agent shall have received consent from the Required Lenders to execute and shall have executed this Amendment.

Execution and Delivery of Amendment. The Borrower Borrower, the Guarantors, the Required Lenders, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent shall have executed this Amendment, and the Administrative Agent shall have received consent from the Required Lenders to execute and shall have executed delivered this Amendment.
