Upon the appointment of any successor Owner Trustee hereunder, the predecessor Owner Trustee will complete, execute and deliver to the successor Owner Trustee such documents as are provided to it by such successor Owner Trustee and will take such further actions as are requested of it by such successor Owner Trustee as are reasonably required necessary to cause registration of the Aircraft included in the Trust Estate to be transferred upon the records of the Federal Aviation Administration, FAA or other governmental authority having jurisdiction, into the name of the successor Owner Trustee.
