Execution and Delivery of Further Instruments by Purchaser. Purchaser shall at any time, and from time to time after the Closing upon the reasonable request of Seller, execute, acknowledge and deliver to Seller such further instruments and take such other actions as Seller may reasonably request in order more effectively to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
