Execution and Delivery of Notes Guarantee. (a) Neither the Issuers nor any Guarantor shall be required to make a notation on the Notes to reflect any Notes Guarantee or any release, termination or discharge thereof.

Execution and Delivery of Notes Guarantee. Each Guarantor agrees that its Notes Guarantee set forth in Section 10.01 hereof will remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any failure to endorse on each Note a notation of such Notes Guarantee.
