Execution and Delivery of Revolving Notes. Following payment of the Assigned Amount and the Assignment Fee, Assignor Lender will deliver to the Administrative Agent the Revolving Notes previously delivered to Assignor Lender for redelivery to Borrower and, if requested by the Assignee Lender [or the Assignor Lender], the Administrative Agent will obtain from Borrower for delivery to [Assignor Lender and] Assignee Lender, new executed Revolving Notes evidencing Assignee Lender’s [and Assignor Xxxxxx’s respective] Pro Rata Share[s] in the Advances after giving effect to the assignment described in Section 1.
