Execution and Delivery of Security Agreement. Execute and deliver the Security Agreement in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1 hereto, and Bion shall cause each of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bion Technologies, Inc. and BionSoil, Inc., to execute and deliver the Security Agreement in substantially the same form.
