The execution by each Subsidiary Guarantor of a supplemental indenture in the form of Exhibit B evidences the Subsidiary Guarantee of such Subsidiary Guarantor, whether or not the person signing as an officer of the Subsidiary Guarantor still holds that office at the time of authentication of any Note. The delivery of any Note by the Trustee after authentication constitutes due delivery of the Subsidiary Guarantee set forth in the Indenture on behalf of each Subsidiary Guarantor.
