Execution and Language. This Tenancy Agreement shall be executed in Chinese version in triplicate. The English translation of this Tenancy Agreement, if so provided by the Landlord, is for the Tenant’s reference only. The Landlord does not warrant or represent that the contents of the English translation and the meaning conveyed by its wordings are the same as the Chinese version. In case of conflict and inconsistency, the Chinese version shall prevail.
