Rent Free Period. The Tenant shall be entitled to a rent free period from the 01/05/2006 to 31/05/2006 ( both days inclusive) provided that the Tenant shall be responsible for the charges of Government Rent, Government Rates, management fees, water, electricity, gas, telephone, and other outgoings payable in respect of Premises during such rent free period.

Rent Free Period. In consideration of the Lessee appointing the Lessor for the Project, the Lessor agrees to grant the Lessee six (6) months of Rent free period (“Rent-Free Period”) commencing on the Lease Commencement Date, free of Rent. The Lessee may, with the prior written consent of the Lessor, commence business during the Rent-Free Period.

Rent Free Period. From the Commencement Date to 31 March 2007 (subject to review under clause 15.2), no rent shall be payable by the Lessee. However for the avoidance of doubt, Outgoings will be payable from the Commencement Date.
Rent Free Period. 4.2.1 Before the Commencement Date and subject to the execution of this Agreement, the Landlord shall permit and grant the Tenant a licence enter into the Demised Premises to attend to the preliminary renovation works (hereinafter referred to as “Possession”). No Rent is payable by the Tenant to the Landlord during this period of time. 4.2.2 Notwithstanding to the POSSESSION of the Demised Premises shall be delivered by the Landlord to the Tenant from the period as set out in Section 8(c) of Schedule A SUBJECT ALWAYS to the following:- 4.2.2.1 prior execution of this Agreement; 4.2.2.2 Landlord or Building Management Company’s approval of the Tenant’s fitting out plans, which such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; and 4.2.2.3 settlement of the Rent for the first (1st) month of the Term, the Security Deposit, the Utilities Deposit and the Fit-Out Deposit. 4.2.3 The Landlord hereby agrees to grant the Tenant during the Fit-Out Period as set out in Section 8(d) of Schedule A, rent free for fit out purposes which shall be commence from the date for Commencement of Fit- Out Works as set out in Section 8(c) of Schedule A of the Demised Premises by the Tenant. 4.2.4 The Fit-Out Deposit as set out in Section 8(a) of Schedule A shall be refunded by the Building Management Company to the Tenant upon completion of the renovation works PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT the renovation works have been approved by the Landlord or the Building Management Company (such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) and SUBJECT ALWAYS to the rights of the Building Management Company to deduct any part of the Fit-Out Deposit to cover any expenses incurred by the Landlord to rectify any damage to the Building caused by the renovation works. 4.2.5 The Tenant shall comply with all the relevant rules and regulations of the Building Management Company in the carrying out of the fitting-out works.
Rent Free Period. No rent will be charged for the first ONE (1) MONTH commencing from the Commencement Date and expiring on 31st October 2007 and for a further period of ONE (1) MONTH commencing from 1st September 2010 and expiring on 30th September 2010. During the Rent Free Period, the Tenant shall pay the rates, government rent, air-conditioning and management charges and all other outgoings in respect of the said premises.
Rent Free Period. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Tenant shall be entitled to occupy the Premises for the following periods free of rent provided that during the said rent free period the Tenant shall pay all rates, management fee and central chilled water charges and other outgoings payable in respect of the Premises :- (i) from 16th November 2003 to 15th January 2004 (both dates inclusive), (ii) from 16th November 2004 to 15th January 2005 (both dates inclusive) and (iii) from 16th November 2005 to 15th December 2005 (both dates inclusive).

Rent Free Period. The Initial Rent shall be abated to nil for the following periods over the course of the first three years of the Term: 1.1 first six months of year one; 1.2 first four months of year two; and 1.3 first four months of year three. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tenant shall be obliged to pay service charge, insurance and all other outgoings payable in accordance with the Lease as and from the Term Commencement Date.
Rent Free Period. (If any) As a show of goodwill, we will grant you the Rent-free Period (if any). During any Rent-free Period, you do not have to pay the Gross Rent but you must continue to comply with all other terms of the Lease. However, if you carry out your business during any Rent-free Period, we may collect Service Charge from you from the date your business is started. In addition, if this Lease is brought to an end early, you must pay us the Gross Rent for the entire Rent-free Period immediately when we notify you.

If the Term is prematurely terminated by the Tenant for any reason whatsoever or if the Lease is determined by the Landlord under Clause 8.1 of the Covenants, then in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies of the Landlord, the Tenant shall compensate and pay to the Landlord on demand the Gross Rent for the entire Rent Free Period.
