Execution and Registration;. This Land lease Agreement shall be prepared in duplicate in accordance to the form to be prescribed by the Lessor and all cost, charges and expenses (including the stamp duty and registration charges) payable in respect thereof and incidental for execution of the lease deed and its duplicate shall be borne and paid by the Lessee alone. This Agreement shall be registered under the provisions of the Indian Registration Act.
