Common use of Execution and Return of Documents and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Execution and Return of Documents and Certificates. At the Company’s request, the Participant hereby agrees to promptly execute, deliver and return to the Company any and all documents or certificates that the Company deems necessary or desirable to effectuate the cancellation and forfeiture of the unvested RSUs and the portion of the Award attributable to the unvested RSUs, or to effectuate the transfer or surrender of such unvested RSUs and portion of the Award to the Company.
