Execution by third parties. 1. The supplier shall have the right, insofar as this is required for a proper execution of the agreement, to have the order partly carried out by third parties. The supplier shall only proceed thereto after consultations with the principal. 2. The applicability of the articles 7:404, 7:407 paragraph 2 and 7:409 of the Dutch Civil Code is hereby expressly excluded.
