I UNDERSTAND THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, I AM IRREVOCABLY AGREEING TO SHARE A FIXED PORTION OF MY FUTURE EARNED INCOME IN CONSIDERATION OF RECEIVING THE PROGRAM OR TRAINING, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
