EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS AND SIGNATURE. 23.1. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same Agreement as at the date of signature of the Party that signs its counterpart last in time.
