Execution in Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures. This Agreement and the other Credit Documents may be executed in any number of counterparts and by different parties thereto, each of which when so executed and delivered shall be deemed to be an original and all of which counterparts taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument. A signature of a party to any of the Credit Documents sent by facsimile or other electronic transmission shall be deemed to constitute an original and fully effective signature of such party.
