Common use of Execution in Multiple Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Execution in Multiple Counterparts. This Agreement may be simultaneously executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original, and all of which shall be considered as one original fully executed as of the date when all RCS Parties have executed an identical counterpart, notwithstanding the fact that all signatures may not appear on the same counterpart.
